The Men’s European Softball Super Cup got underway yesterday.
Four pools will separate 20 European teams. Two French sides are in the mix: Clappiers Jacou’s Rabbits in Pool D and Montpellier’s Barracudas in Pool A.
The XI Men’s Softball European Super Cup runs from August 28 to September 3, 2023 in the Netherlands. Twenty of Europe’s top men’s softball clubs will battle it out across multiple venues over a week of intense matchups.
The tournament will take place at three venues: Nol Houtkamp Sportpark in Haarlem, DVH Sportcentrum in Amstelveen, and Sportcomplex Oosterdreef in Nieuw-Vennep.
The Barracudas got off to a flying start yesterday, beating the local side from Vernep 8-1. Clappiers take on Croatia’s Medvedev today at 11:15 AM, while the Barracudas face England’s Meteors at 10:00 AM.
