D1 Softball Final: Clapiers vs. Montpellier

The best-of-five D1 Men’s Softball final series concludes this Saturday, October 21st, in Clapiers-Jacou. The Rabbits lead 2-0 against the MUC Barracudas Baseball Softball

Just like Montpellier’s D1 baseball team, which won the French championship final, it’s now the softballers’ turn—the Poachers—to compete in the French D1 Men’s Softball Championship final!

Once again, this year’s final features a 100% Hérault showdown! Decisive match this Saturday, October 21st, at 3 PM in Clapiers!

One win for Clapiers and they’ll be crowned D1 Men’s Softball French champions. To do so, they’ll continue relying on their top-tier offense, led by pitcher Hector Fernandez, who boasts an impressive 0.86 ERA all season. The Poachers will need to come out swinging, driving in runs with a team batting average of .392.
