This weekend, the final of the French D1 women’s softball championship will take place at the Pharaohs of Evry Courcouronnes’ field.
The Comanches of Saint Raphael are heading to Essonne to defend their title for the 13th consecutive time.
The two clubs, meeting in the final for the 4th time, are playing not just for the national title but also for a spot in the European Champions Cup, the top-tier competition that allows players to face the best European clubs.

Everything will be decided this weekend, and it promises to be a thrilling showdown.
Despite two early-season injuries in Evry’s lineup, their 16 players have given the 17 Saint Raphael players a run for their money.
During their regular-season meeting, the two sides split, each taking a win and a loss. The stakes are high for this final, a best-of-three series.

In a few days, we’ll know if Evry’s pitchers have managed to rattle Saint Raphael’s offense and claim their first title, or if the Southerners’ experience and their 15th final appearance will help them keep their crown.
Tune in starting Saturday, October 14th at 5 PM… the second game will be on Sunday morning at 11 AM.
These matches will be broadcast on Evry’s YouTube channel.
