The semifinals and finals will be held on Saturday, and the top two teams from each group will advance. Greece will face the Czech Republic on Wednesday, then Spain on Thursday, and the Old Continent on Friday.

This is a European preparatory tournament.
Take the example of Greece. The Greeks will present a team full of new faces and young prospects. Manager Chris Demetral wanted to use this tournament as a « scouting » event, which will give young players a chance to showcase their talents and gain experience as the federation prepares for the 2023 European Championship and the 2024 World Baseball Classic qualifiers.
For France, Keino Perez, manager of the French Baseball Team, revealed the list of players selected for the Prague Baseball Week from June 22nd to 25th, 2022.
The French team is heading to the PBW as part of their preparation for the European Baseball Championship qualifiers, which will be held in Bulgaria in July.
France’s participation has been cancelled due to several COVID cases.
