The D1 season has concluded.
As the Huskies hosted the Cougars in their makeup matchday, the Buccaneers welcomed the Templiers, the top team in Group B. Felix Brown made his mark with his second home run of the season, a monster shot estimated at 360 feet to right field.
The playoff picture is now clear. Group A saw no surprises, with Rouen leading the way (12-4) and the Lions hot on their heels (10-6). In Group B, Sénart (17-1) has been nearly unstoppable, with their only loss coming against Cometz (7-13). The powerful Barracudas (16-2) remain in contention, and Veyrassy’s players are determined to make their mark in the final showdown. As for the rest, the next seven teams in the standings will compete in the relegation playoffs.
In the meantime, get ready for some excitement… Check this out! The Challenge de France kicks off this Thursday. Big things are in store from September 2nd to 5th—it’s happening this week!
