The round-robin stage began today with two matches: a shutout victory over Tunisia and a clash against tournament favorite China. On Tuesday, October 8th, the French will face Japan and Mexico, then wrap up their group stage against Australia on Wednesday, October 9th.
The French team is in Group B, the toughest pool featuring China among others.
