From May 5th to 8th, the Women’s Four Nations Tournament will take place in Dreux. France is the first European country to host this event.
Four teams will compete: France, Spain, Jersey, and Austria.
The French women’s team is ranked 37th in the world standings out of 106 countries and 6th in Europe out of 35 countries. Last year, the French team made a name for themselves by participating in the World Cup for the first time.
Globally, women’s cricket is starting to show its strength, with a goal of reaching 250 million players.
