⚾ Baseball D1: La Rochelle Sweeps Doubleheader, Shakes Up Standings!
A perfect weekend for La Rochelle! In this 12th round, only one team managed a weekend sweep: the Boucaniers dominated Sénart twice, pulling off a stunning operation in the standings. Result: La Rochelle climbs to 5th place, while Sénart slides dangerously into second-to-last position.
Elsewhere on the fields, it was a perfect draw: the other six teams split the points, each winning one game. A general stalemate that temporarily freezes the standings, except for the direct duel between La Rochelle and the Templiers.
But this weekend wasn’t short on fireworks! Starting with a walk-off three-run home run by Delogu, which gave Toulouse a thrilling victory over Rouen’s Huskies in the first game. Matéo Pierre also made his mark: a resounding grand slam against Sénart in the second game, confirming La Rochelle’s rising power.
In Metz, it was a victory snatched with flair in the second act against Béziers. Finally, Savigny pulled off a surprise by silencing Montpellier’s fearsome hitters to take the first game with authority.
With two rounds still to come, positions remain open. The top four will face off in explosive duels, while the bottom four have a lot to play for. If shared series won’t likely shake up the hierarchy, a team capable of going 2-0—or even 4-0—could still shake things up.

🥎 Women’s Softball D1: The Comanches Roll On
The eighth round of Women’s Division 1 was a confirmation for the Comanches. With two more convincing wins over Clapiers, the team now stands as the undisputed leader of the regular season.
On the opposite end, a big disappointment for Évry: beaten once by Pessac, the Pharaonnes see their hopes of first place slip away. Pessac, solid and inspired, managed to break Évry’s momentum, at least for one game.
Finally, Grenoble finds its colors and dominates Colombes twice, a double victory that allows the Iséroises to reposition themselves strategically in the standings, seeking better protection for the final phase.
The competition returns at the end of August and mid-September for the last two rounds, with the suspense still alive among the chasing pack.

⚾ Baseball D2: Final Round, Total Suspense!
Final whistle for the regular season in Division 2. In Pool A, Montigny and Bréal canceled each other out, but the draw allows Bréal to salvage some pride at the end of the season. The PUC, meanwhile, inflicted another defeat on Rouen, who finish bottom of the pool.
In the standings, four teams finish tied at the top: Valenciennes, Meyzieu, Nice, and Montigny or the PUC (who are tied and will need a tiebreaker). This quartet will now battle it out in the playoffs starting at the end of August, in what promises to be a tight and thrilling final phase.

⚾ Baseball5 – French Internationals: Les Bleus Still on Top
Three out of three for France! The senior team once again defended their title at the French Baseball5 Internationals, dominating increasingly tough opposition.
The level is rising year by year, with the notable participation of the U18 teams from France and Spain. Also worth noting is the first appearance of Saudi Arabia, a sign of the international growth of the discipline.
