The genesis took place at Boucan’s Field in La Rochelle in 2018 during a Division 1 match. One computer, two cameras, one microphone… In 2021, in addition to the arrival of Vincent Picard for commentary, a communication expansion solution was added in the form of an app called BTVF, « Baseball TV France, » which aims to bring Division 1 matches to life, live or on delay, relayed by the clubs themselves or commented on by BTVF. Moreover, daily articles appear, covering everything from local baseball to the vast world of baseball, softball, and international Baseball5.

Starting tomorrow, the 16th and 17th of October, the first of the two acts of the « French Series » will take place. The Huskies and the Templiers, the two teams that emerged unscathed from one of the densest and most unusual seasons, will provide the grand finale.
It’s a first in its young history: BTVF will be in Normandy to comment on the first two matches at the Huskies’ Pierre Rolland Stadium!
